From September 2007 to September 2008 shooting of movie «Wolf» in Yakutia, in the Verkhoyansk mountains was held. A big multinational team (more than 70 people) worked there. It consisted of French, Russian, Even and Yakut people.

Our duties: pre-production, coordination of local residents involved in the shooting process.

The main character of the movie is a nomadic reindeer herder (Even), living in the mountains of Eastern Siberia. At the age of 16, according to traditions of his tribe, he was committed to guard a big herd of reindeers, which is constantly threatened by a pack of wolves. The herd belongs to the clan of 4 families, whose head is the father of the main character, Sergey.

Contrary to the laws of his people, who kill wolves as the main threat to reindeers, Sergey and his girlfriend Nastasya become close friends with a female wolf and her four cubs. Protecting wolves from his tribe, Sergey betrays his father.
